We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right. Our return policy is governed by New York consumer protection law and aligned with FTC regulations.
How to Return an Item
What's Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original, sealed packaging
- Defective or damaged products (we cover shipping)
- Incorrectly sent items (we cover shipping)
- Products with manufacturing defects discovered after opening
- Items within the 30-day return window
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food, grocery, or perishable items (unless defective)
- Opened personal care or hygiene products (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items not in original packaging with damage caused by customer
- Gift cards and downloadable items
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Credit card refunds may take 3–10 additional business days to appear depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant. We do not issue cash refunds.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Contact us and we'll expedite your replacement order to minimise wait time. For defective items, we will ship a replacement free of charge with priority handling.

Order Processing
- Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 PM CST ship same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day
- Orders placed Saturday–Sunday ship the following Monday
- Orders placed on federal public holidays ship the next business day
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Click the link in the email to track your parcel in real time. You can also log in to your account at wellaur.com to view tracking information.
Carriers We Use
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on parcel size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected to provide the fastest and most reliable service for your location.
Delivery Issues
- If your parcel is marked "Delivered" but not received, contact us within 48 hours
- We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in redelivery charges
- Lost parcels: we will file a carrier claim and reship or refund within 10 business days
Coverage Area
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), but are working to expand our coverage.
