Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also log in to your Wellaur account and view tracking from your order history. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us at +1 (682) 353-6284.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day from our Houston, TX fulfilment centre. Express shipping options are available at checkout. We ship to all 50 US states.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies, displayed at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to continental US addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfilment process and cannot be changed. Please call us immediately at +1 (682) 353-6284 if you need to make changes. Once dispatched, you will need to use our returns process.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes for certain product categories. International shipping is not currently available, but we are working on expanding our delivery coverage.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Opened food, health, or personal care products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly sent. Contact us to initiate a return — it only takes 2 minutes.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please photograph the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +1 (682) 353-6284 or via our contact form. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We cover all return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Are your products genuine and authentic?
Absolutely. Every product sold on Wellaur is 100% genuine, sourced exclusively from authorised distributors and brand-approved suppliers. We maintain documented supply chain records for all products. We never stock grey-market, counterfeit, or expired goods. BK Brother Group LLC is a legitimate US-registered retail business.
Are your health supplements safe and certified?
Yes. We only stock health and supplement products from established, FDA-compliant brands (such as NOW Foods, Puritan's Pride, and Life Extension). All products meet US regulatory standards. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
Do you offer product expiry guarantees?
Yes. We guarantee that all products dispatched have a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life at the time of shipment. If you receive a product close to or past its best-before date, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
Is it safe to shop on wellaur.com?
Yes, completely. Wellaur is operated by BK Brother Group LLC, a registered US business. Our site uses HTTPS with 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant. Your personal and payment data is protected under federal law and New York, Texas, and California state privacy regulations including the CCPA.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account allows you to track orders, view order history, save multiple addresses, and access exclusive member offers. Account creation takes under 60 seconds.
